Established in 1997, the Mehmet Emin Horoz Education Foundation (HOREV) carries out social responsibility projects that support the development of young people, particularly in the field of vocational education.

Our Foundation's Purpose and Education Investments
To support Turkish children who are committed to Atatürk's principles and reforms, who are enlightened, rational, sensible, self-confident, and capable, but lack financial means;
To provide scholarships, with or without repayment, to ensure their success in education and learning in accordance with the general aims and fundamental principles of Turkish National Education,
To establish dormitories that will cater to students,
To carry out or support all kinds of activities that will increase the knowledge and skills of students,
To establish higher education institutions aimed at training highly qualified intermediate manpower for specific professions in areas needed by the economy, - To provide scholarships without repayment to those who will pursue postgraduate studies domestically or abroad.

To be eligible for the Mehmet Emin Horoz Education Foundation scholarship, you must not be receiving a scholarship from any other official or private organization. If it is determined through correspondence between the organizations that a student is receiving a scholarship from another institution, the scholarship will be terminated by both organizations.
