Furniture Distribution Operations – Delivery Process
Upon arrival at the delivery address, the team first checks the building's architectural structure, the suitability of the product's transportation and installation location.
Alternative solutions are developed for architectural structures unsuitable for transportation.
If, after inspection, the items are unsuitable for transportation and assembly, the customer is informed in detail. The products are collected back.
To ensure customer satisfaction and flawless operation, a field personnel performance system is implemented. Therefore, the installation team enters start and end times via mobile devices, aiming to maintain uninterrupted service quality at the next delivery point.
The delivery and installation work order results are completed on-site.
