Taner Horoz, born on March 24, 1967, in Gaziantep, graduated from Özel Şişli Terakki High School and completed his university education in Business Administration at Eckerd College in the USA in 1989. Fluent in English, he began his managerial career in 1990 within various companies and divisions of the Horoz Logistics Group.He is actively involved in social responsibility projects and contributes significantly to the logistics sector as a member of TÜSİAD’s Transportation and Logistics Committee and the e-Commerce Subcommittee. Taner Horoz also serves on the Board of Directors of Institut du Bosphore, a European think tank aimed at strengthening Turkish-French relations.In addition, he chairs the Mehmet Emin Horoz Education Foundation and holds memberships in UND, UTİKAD, the Foreign Economic Relations Board, the Turkish Exporters Assembly, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, and the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.Currently, Taner Horoz serves as Chairman of the Board at Horoz Lojistik Kargo Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş. and is also a board member of Tradeport Teknolojik Yazılım Ticaret A.Ş.

Gürkan Gürbüz graduated from Kabataş Erkek High School in 1987 and earned his degree in Business Administration from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. He began his professional career between 1994 and 1997 as Sales and Operations Manager in the Fair and Congress Department at 7TUR Tourism Ltd.In 1997, Gürbüz joined the Horoz Group and served in various roles at Horoz Taşıt Servis Tic. ve San. A.Ş., including Trade Manager responsible for sales and service, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager. From July 2013, he was the Domestic Transportation Group Head at Horoz Lojistik Kargo Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş., overseeing LTL, FTL, e-commerce logistics, and contract logistics within Turkey, a position he held until 2019.Since then, Gürbüz has served as Vice Chairman of the Executive Board while simultaneously managing e-export, international express cargo, and overseas warehouse operations. As of 2024, he continues his role as Vice Chairman of the Executive Board responsible for International Logistics Operations.

İlker Özkocacık completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Maltepe University, Institute of Social Sciences. He began his professional career in 1998 at Horoz Logistics and held various positions within the Horoz Group.In 2006, he was appointed Domestic Distribution Operations Manager, marking the start of his managerial journey. By 2009, he advanced to the role of Director, reaching senior management level. Until 2019, Özkocacık served as Director of Domestic Distribution Operations, Business Development, and Special Projects.In 2019, he became Head of Domestic Logistics, overseeing warehousing, furniture sector operations, special projects, sales, process development, distribution operations, and customer relations. As of 2024, he continues as Vice Chairman of the Executive Board responsible for Domestic Logistics Operations.

Mücella Salın graduated from Ege University, Faculty of Communication, and completed her English studies at Reading College of Technology in the United Kingdom. She earned her Master’s degree in Logistics from Istanbul University in 2009 and is also a graduate of the IRU Academy Road Transport and Logistics Specialization Program.She has over 20 years of experience in international road transportation and logistics. Mücella Salın began her career in the operations department at Gökbora Ulus Nak and later held various roles at global and European-based logistics companies such as Rynart, Kuehne + Nagel, DSV, and cargo-partner, including Sales and Marketing Manager, Customer Service Manager, and most recently International Road Director.Throughout her career as a forwarder in the international road transportation sector, she has successfully led numerous projects. She is also a member of the Foreign Trade Managers Association. Currently, she serves as Head of International Road Transportation Group at Horoz Logistics, one of Turkey’s well-established logistics companies.

Banu Mankut, a graduate of Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, began her career in the logistics sector in 1999 in the air freight department at Balnak Logistics Group. During her 12 years at the same company, she held key managerial roles in air, sea, and sales departments.Throughout her 25-year career, she has taken on senior executive positions in various global companies. Currently serving as Head of Air & Express Courier Group at Horoz Logistics, one of Turkey’s well-established logistics companies, Banu Mankut leads the company’s growth objectives.

Zeki Doğru, a graduate of Istanbul University, Faculty of Communication, and holder of an MBA from Bilgi University, has over 19 years of experience in the logistics sector. He began his career at DHL Global Forwarding, where he demonstrated strong sales management performance over a span of 9 years.He further deepened his industry expertise by taking on managerial roles at globally recognized companies such as Kuehne + Nagel and Rhenus Logistics.Currently serving as Head of Sea Freight Transportation Group at Horoz Logistics, one of Turkey’s well-established logistics companies, Zeki Doğru leads the company’s strategic growth objectives. With particular expertise in sea freight transportation, he stands out for his customer satisfaction and operational excellence-oriented approach.

He completed his primary education in Istanbul and received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Zonguldak Karaelmas University. He began his career in the logistics sector in 2001 in the operations units of Horoz Logistics; between 2003 and 2017, he led strategic growth, business development, and operational transformation processes at Aras Logistics, Fillo Logistics, and Arlo companies within Aras Holding. Between 2017 and 2025, he played an active role in the development and scaling of end-to-end solution models, particularly in the automotive, 4PL, FMCG, and retail sectors, at Borusan Logistics. Currently, as the Head of Domestic Logistics Business Development and Sales Group at Horoz Logistics, he manages new sector entry strategies, innovative service models, customer acquisition, and sales-costing organizations. With 25 years of experience, he demonstrates leadership focused on sustainable growth, profitability, and corporate transformation.

Baran completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Anadolu University. Between October 1998 and January 2018, he served as Turkey Operations Manager at Horoz Lojistik Kargo Hizmetleri ve Tic. A.Ş. From January 2018 to September 2019, he was Central Supply and Operations Manager at Borusan Lojistik Dağıtım ve Depolama Taşımacılık Tic. A.Ş.Between October 2019 and October 2020, Baran served as Domestic Full-Load Transportation Director at Horoz Lojistik Kargo Hizmetleri ve Tic. A.Ş., and from November 2020 to March 2021, he held the position of ETA Digital Platform and Supply Director at Borusan Lojistik Dağıtım ve Depolama Taşımacılık Tic. A.Ş.He rejoined Horoz Lojistik Kargo Hizmetleri ve Tic. A.Ş. in April 2021 as Domestic Full-Load Transportation Director, and as of January 2022, continues to serve as Head of Domestic Full-Load Transportation Group.

Birol Zengin, a graduate of Uludağ University, Department of Economics, completed his Master’s degree in Management and Organization at Beykent University in 2010. Between 2003 and 2006, he served as Logistics Manager at Mercansoy Group of Companies. From 2006 to 2014, he was Logistics Manager at the electronics retail chain Darty Turkey, and from 2014 to 2018, he served as Operations Director at Simport Ev Aletleri A.Ş.Since 2018, Zengin has been working at Horoz Lojistik Kargo Hizmetleri ve Tic. A.Ş. as Director of Distribution Operations and Customer Relations. As of 2024, he continues to serve as Head of Domestic Logistics Group at the company.

Aytüm Engerek, a graduate of Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration, completed her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Istanbul Aydın University in 2014. She began her career as a Customer Service Officer at Bayındır Holding from 1996 to 1998 and then at Show TV from 1999 to 2000. Between 2000 and 2005, she held various positions within the Human Resources Department at Horoz Logistics.She served as Human Resources and Corporate Communications Manager at Mimarsinan Private Schools from March 2009 to June 2010, and from November 2011 to March 2024, she was Human Resources Director at Horoz Lojistik Kargo Hizmetleri ve Tic. A.Ş.As of April 2024, Aytüm Engerek has been appointed as Head of Management Development Group at the company.

Duman, a graduate of Dokuz Eylül University in Computer Programming, began his career at Horoz Lojistik Kargo Hizmetleri ve Tic. A.Ş. in 2000. He served as Software Manager from 2003 to 2004, then as IT Director from 2004 to 2024, and currently holds the position of Head of Information Systems Group.

Kaan Göksu began his career at DHL as a Senior Operations Management Engineer. He then held various managerial positions within Boyner Group and Boyner Büyük Mağazacılık, focusing on e-commerce, warehouse management, transportation operations, and business development.Göksu later served as Head of New Business at Getir. Most recently, he worked at Ekol Logistics as Director of Contract Logistics, E-Commerce, Retail, and Fashion, where he managed an operations team of more than 1,200 people.Specializing in lean manufacturing methodologies and operational excellence practices, Göksu holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Throughout his career, he has led numerous projects in process improvement, productivity enhancement, and P&L management.He received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kocaeli University and completed his master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.

Mustafa Düzgün began his career in the logistics industry at Logwin AG, where he held various roles in air cargo operations and business development. He later worked in supply chain management at Metro/Makro Cash & Carry.Düzgün then spent nearly 11 years at CEVA Logistics, formerly Borusan Lojistik, where he held several senior roles, including Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Head of Warehouse Operations, and Director of Warehouse Operations. During this period, he led major projects in large-scale warehouse operations, team management, customer experience, budget management, profitability, and operational efficiency.Most recently, Düzgün served as Director of Warehouse Operations at CEVA Logistics. As of September 2026, he joined the Horoz Logistics family.
