Horoz Logistics Code of Ethics and Reporting Procedure
The ethical standards that Horoz Logistics employees must adhere to are established by the company’s Ethics Committee. All employees are required to act in accordance with these principles and to encourage ethical behavior among those around them.
As an extension of this responsibility, the “Horoz Ethics Line” has been implemented. Employees within Horoz Logistics can use this line to seek guidance or report concerns regarding their own behavior or that of other employees. This line is also open to all stakeholders. All inquiries and reports are evaluated by the Ethics Committee.
It is the responsibility of the Horoz Logistics Ethics Committee to investigate and resolve complaints regarding conduct that violates ethical principles. The Committee operates directly under the Horoz Logistics Board of Directors.
Reports made to the Ethics Committee, whether by employees or external stakeholders, are handled with strict confidentiality.
