The Company was founded in 2004, in order to provide integrated logistics services in Russian Federation and in a number of CIS States.

Having its principal seat in Moscow, this Company plans to start up operations in all CIS countries in near future.

It currently deals with a comprehensive number of integrated logistics services involving import customs clearance services for Vestel CIS Company, inland transport, international maritime (container) transport, land forwarding and air courier operations, in the Russian Federation.
