The international Quality Standardization procedure had been started by The Chief of Executive ,Taner Horoz’s general announcement of an education program that would take place between 13-14 August 2004. Sinan Polater had given education on The Quality Management system to 42 managers, coming from different offices of Horoz Logistics around Turkey .
